What quality are the products?

All of our products are tested for functionality and durability to ensure you get maximum usage, offering you peace of mind. However in the unlikely event that a product is faulty, please contact our Customer Care team who will endeavour to resolve the issue for you promptly.

Can I return a faulty item for a refund?

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund as a result of a damaged or faulty product. To be eligible for a return, you must notify us first and we will give you instruction on how to receive your refund. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note:  As this is a custom product we do not accept returns or refund requests if you change your mind.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you have 24 hours after placing your order to cancel it. you must cancel your order before it ships. All cancel requests can be sent to info@byo-business.com 

Are orders delivered on weekends?

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Can I change the shipping address on my order?

Yes, you can change the shipping address and contact details on your order as long as the order has not yet been dispatched. Please contact our customer service team by emailing info@byo-business.com

How can I track my order?

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be activated straight away.
